Todd Druhot

AFI Gourmet Cheese Specialist/Director of Cheese Importing Program

As the gourmet cheese specialist and Director of the Cheese Importing Program for Atlanta Foods International since 1999, Todd Druhot has been an integral part in creating, developing, and expanding the AFI vision for specialty cheese distribution. During the past 11 years he has dramatically increased the selection of American artisanal cheeses available to Atlanta Foods International customers. He continues to train and educate AFI sales representatives and customers on new American artisanal cheeses.

With his background in foodservice, including a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Todd has felt compelled to continuously seek out new and interesting American and European artisanal cheeses. Todd’s quest has taken him around the world every year, attending multiple shows and competitions both as an exhibitor and an ardent student. Todd has attended the short course for cheese grading and evaluation at the University of Wisconsin. He has been a member of the American Cheese Society and Cheese Importers Association since 1999. Todd was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Cheese Importers Association of America. He currently lives in Marietta, GA with his wife Ferrell and two children Kalyn and Max, who both love cheese!
